The large two storey side and single storey rear extension made a huge impact on the size and circulation of this dwelling. The large open plan living space to the rear opens onto a large smooth sandstone patio. The front porch and new driveway transformed the appearance of this 1930's semi-detached property.

The addition includes a fourth double bedroom with ensuite on the upper level, with am integrated garage, large downstairs toilet and separate utility room that is entered from the kitchen side of the open plan space. The front reception room remained unchanged.
